<p>Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JEI mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Magister Manajemen Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JEI terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April , Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi manajemen produksi dan operasional, manajemen pemasaran, manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharapkan hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JEI dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis, sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya, dan bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis. <p>This study aims to determine the effect between Training on Employee Performance through Work Discipline at PT. Trimulia Bangun Persada. The research method used is quantitative method with a sampling technique using non-probability sampling technique that is saturated sample. analysis method using path analysis. The research results show that: 1) Training has positive effect but no significant on employee performance at PT. Trimulia Bangun Persada. 2) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at PT. Trimulia Bangun Persada. 3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. <p>This research aims to test and determine the influence of organizational culture and competency on employee performance simultaneously and partially. Research was conducted on employees of PT. SC Johnson and Son Indonesia. The sampling technique used simple random sampling and data analysis used multiple and simple linear regression analysis. <p>This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity and profitability on stock prices<br>included in the LQ-45 index for the 2018-2022 period. This study uses a quantitative<br>method, namely by using secondary data. Data obtained from the company's financial<br>report website for 2018-2022. The results of the partial test (t test) show that liquidity<br>(current ratio) has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices while profitability<br>(earning per share) has a positive and significant effect on stocks. <p>This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of current ratio and return on assets on profit growth in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data in this study is secondary data in the form of company financial statements. Based on purposive sampling techniques, samples were obtained from food and beverage sub-sector companies. The analysis method used is multiple and simple linear regression. Based on the results of the study shows that the current ratio does not have a significant effect on profit growth. <p>he development of industry and technology is currently very advanced and indirectly encourages the emergence of various start-ups in Indonesia by seeing the increasing needs of the community. This study aims to determine the analysis of promotion, and product assessment of purchasing decisions in the shopee marketplace for students in Jakarta. With a sample size of 250 people. Sampling in this study using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. For data processing is done with the PLS (partial Least Square) analysis technique with the help of smartPLS 4.0.
