Abstrak

The analysis of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality and facilities on consumer satisfaction at Tamansari Sports Club Persada Kemala Bekasi. This research uses a causal associative approach with quantitative methods with measurements using a Likert Scale. The population in this research is consumers at Tamansari Sports Club Persada Kemala Bekasi. The population in this research is consumers at Tamansari Sports Club Persada Kemala. The analysis technique used simultaneous and partial linear regression. The research results show that in simultaneous and partial ways, the quality of services and facilities influences consumer satisfaction at Tamansari Sports Club Persada Kemala Bekasi
