Abstrak

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of workload and work environment on job satisfaction of Pump and Water Gate Officers in the East Jakarta Water Resources Department. The method used is quantitative. The population in this study were Pump and Water Gate Officers for the East Jakarta Water Resources Department. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population are sampled. The research method using simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that simultaneous and partially workloads and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of Pump and Water Gate Officers for the East Jakarta Water Resources Sub-Department.
