Abstrak

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of brand image and product quality on customer satisfaction at Kopi Kenangan Kota Kasablanka.. The sample of this study were customers who has orderd at Kopi Kenangan Kota Kasablanka. Data collection using survey techniques via questionnaires, sampling techniques using accidental sampling. Research data analysis simultaneous or partially linear regression. The research results show that in simultaneous or partially ways brand image and product quality influence customer satisfaction at Kopi Kenangan Kotga Kasablanka.
